This is a Mexican street-food food truck (say that five times fast) specializing in elotes and hot dogs. Its conveniently located in the parking lot of the Fiesta on Quitman and Fulton. Since this was my first visit, I stuck with the specialties. The bacon-wrapped hot dog was perfectly cooked. It's topped with onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, mustard, ketchup, and mayo. I could've had another one but I decided to get a small elote to appease my craving. The elote was spot on what I expected! At first it looked a little skimpy on the toppings (cotija cheese, mayo, cream, chile) but to my surprise, it was loaded at the bottom of the cup and in the middle, too! So as you eat through the layers, you find more treasure as you keep digging. So good it was, in fact, that I ordered a large one to go! The place has only been open for a few days so there's a couple of kinks to work out but so far I was satisfied. No complaints from me!l
